Our refund policy is uniform regarding all programs listed on our website.
Full refunds:
For a no-questions-asked full refund, the customer must cancel at least 72 hours before the start of the program at hand.
We are unable to issue refunds if the customer's request exceeds 72 hours. Please take note. Thank you for your understanding!
If the customer wants to request a refund, the steps are as follows:
1. Make sure the refund is based on a legitimate reason

3. Our colleagues will respond, and try to work out a solution as soon as
possible. Respond During Business hours Budapest Time between 8am. and 8pm.
Discovery Travel kft. is responsible for all refunds and any case of problems.
